i am bummed i locked up my funds for that.

It is indeed a shame that honest normal people have to suffer when spammers, scammers and farmers make it difficult on the rest of us.  

When a certain percentage of the new supply is going to people who are faking out the system, generating worthless content just to skim off supply and immediately dump it, in an automated fashion, this really hurts the honest engagers like you and me.

Unless you’re tipping the same person repeatedly, it’s pretty unlikely you’d both end up tipping each other 15 times in a season. Just keep things natural and you’ll be good!

and people could still set up tipping circles with just a small amount of planning... the crackdown on tip 4 tip is sort of just adding stress.

Yes, mine unlocked yesterday and I think I'm not going to relock because I don't want to have to track everyone that has tipped me and I tipped to make sure I don't wipe out both our points for a season if I tip them too many times.

They really took all the joy out of tipping.
