I did add a section on storage in my V7 FAQ, but note the story will change now for season 5. TL;DR in season 5 reactions can affect your engagement score, which affects your rank, but it's OTHER people's reaction storage (since they're reacting to you), not yours that is the issue (unless you're the reactor)
