tonight's dinner was a big salad and a side dish of Goya Champloo, a unique dish made with sliced pork, egg, and Goya (bitter melon, a bumpy cucumber-looking vegetable with a quite bitter flavor) to drink we made one of my favorite iced teas, mugicha (barley tea)

I love seeing all your Japanese food posts! Thank you for sharing them! It’s really interesting, since I want to go visit so badly and am very familiar with the Japanese food available in the States so it’s cool to see the things you can really only get there! 30 $degen 200 $WILD

yeah, I came to realize that the options available in the US are really slim compared to what the reality is here, which is a very large selection of each type of food you can imagine, and it's all really high quality. their food standards here and the expectations from the public for high quality food standards are just next level compared to the US
