dude shoulder injuries are the worst lol absolutely wrecks my bench progress every time i still have an off balanced shoulder from years ago that i never fixed πŸ˜… my bench is a crooked because of it, need to do some PT

fingers crossed ive impinged both of my shoulders lol bench is always the culprit, it always happens when i go too wide. I try to tuck and go pretty narrow these days thats crazy you hurt it on loading tho lol it always happens when you least expect it...

yeah for me it’s always something stupid when I’m not paying attention. first time was a too-heavy DB overhead press though which makes more sense we are fragile creatures
