I didn't join farcaster for any reason related to my established writing stuff. I joined for the vibes and because BFG has been in crypto and crypto-adjacent socials since 2012, and he is the love of my life. I want to go where he goes.

But I'm starting to see how this place is so much more than a social network.

Farcaster is the first thing in crypto that interested my wife in 12+ years, and I know she’s not the only one like this

my non-crypto friends are active here at least 5+ hours a day.

I've been skating around the edges, mostly in the nft/artist side since 2021, but am a big Reddit user. This combined my interests in art and crypto and shooting the shit with strangers. 🤘

I told her too but I’m going to make it my mission to try to get my wife over here to start something. When she finds a passion she goes in and I think at the very least she can come here to talk about what makes her tick 🤞🏼

Im almost 3-4 years in crypto, only got my sister interested to join now. She finally to listened to me and joined. Loving it so far 🫶
