One thing that really grinds my gears is when people tell me they are too busy for something, don’t have time, etc Everyone has time to do things that they prioritize, it just may require you waking up earlier, staying up later, or squeezing it in where it might be /uncomfortable

I have a full time job and a loving family and I still find time to do the other things that are important to me like working out and hanging out here Just say it’s not a priority of yours

I, personally, have a lot of time. However... The mental effort for me to overcome my executive dysfunction and stay on task long enough to complete said task is another thing entirely. So, even if it IS a priority and I DO try... You might only get a fraction of my potential bc I burnt out.

No one wants to go outside their routine or comfort zone to create time. There’s plenty of time if you reorganize and sacrifice a little comfort. Slowly putting this towards all things in life, not just my fitness.
