One thing that really grinds my gears is when people tell me they are too busy for something, don’t have time, etc Everyone has time to do things that they prioritize, it just may require you waking up earlier, staying up later, or squeezing it in where it might be /uncomfortable

I have a full time job and a loving family and I still find time to do the other things that are important to me like working out and hanging out here Just say it’s not a priority of yours

people *always* prioritize the things they value most. when somebody flakes on me or can’t find time to connect - that’s my telltale sign it’s time to move on from them too. we’re all busy. so if i’m not a priority, they no longer exist to me 🤝

And here again we come to the questions of choice and prioritisation. And yes, many people just saying that they can't reach some goals because of the lack of time - but mostly it will be due to the lack of desire to put in any more effort than usual
