One thing that really grinds my gears is when people tell me they are too busy for something, don’t have time, etc Everyone has time to do things that they prioritize, it just may require you waking up earlier, staying up later, or squeezing it in where it might be /uncomfortable

No one wants to go outside their routine or comfort zone to create time. There’s plenty of time if you reorganize and sacrifice a little comfort. Slowly putting this towards all things in life, not just my fitness.
