One thing that really grinds my gears is when people tell me they are too busy for something, don’t have time, etc Everyone has time to do things that they prioritize, it just may require you waking up earlier, staying up later, or squeezing it in where it might be /uncomfortable

My first question to folks like that is asking how much tv they watch or how long they mindlessly scroll TikTok every day. It's definitely a matter of prioritizing for most folks!
