One thing that really grinds my gears is when people tell me they are too busy for something, don’t have time, etc

Everyone has time to do things that they prioritize, it just may require you waking up earlier, staying up later, or squeezing it in where it might be /uncomfortable

I, personally, have a lot of time.
However...
The mental effort for me to overcome my executive dysfunction and stay on task long enough to complete said task is another thing entirely.

So, even if it IS a priority and I DO try... You might only get a fraction of my potential bc I burnt out.
