my friend could pay the FC fee via Apple Pay to create an account through OP mainnet but they can’t do the same for warps it seems. With token gating becoming a thing I think some new people may get locked out from engaging and it’s hard for them to get warps if they have never had a wallet before.

It’s because Apple takes a fee most likely. They might also have rules around these in app currencies

I think Apple makes it more friendly for onboarding. Friendtech uses eth and I was honestly too lazy to sign up for it. Warps need to be in app though, too many steps rn
