i often get asked “how does a triple jumper train” well below is my week of training! my coach sends me my programme each sunday and we work in 4 week cycles! general work is conditioning exercises like circuits core, balance and mobility.

hehe, the gym workouts are on a seperate sheet and are very long! but we dont overdo the jumping as it will be too much on our joints
