My meal lunch last day ago. 1. Stir-Fried Scallops Ingredients: 2 cups fresh or frozen scallops 2 tbsp cooking oil 4 cloves garlic (minced) 1 small onion (chopped) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar ยฝ tsp black pepper ยผ cup water Optional: sliced chili for spice Instructions: Prepare the scallops โ If using fresh scallops, rinse and drain them. Sautรฉ aromatics โ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, then sautรฉ until fragrant. Cook the scallops โ Add scallops and stir-fry for 2โ3 minutes. Add seasonings โ Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well. Simmer โ Add water and let it cook for another 5 minutes or until scallops are tender. Serve โ Transfer to a bowl and enjoy with steamed rice.
