Kebab 🫠 step 1 Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Tip all the ingredients except the oil into a food processor with a large pinch of salt and lots of ground pepper. Pulse until everything is combined and chopped together. You can also just squish everything together in a bowl but this will give you a looser finish. step 2 Oil a large sheet of foil, tip the meat mix in the middle and mould to a very thick sausage, roughly the shape of an aubergine. Roll up the foil tightly, twisting up the ends to create a Christmas cracker shape. step 3 Lay on a shallow roasting tin and roast in the oven for 35-40 mins, turning occasionally, or until a digital cooking thermometer reads 75C when pierced in the middle. Leave the kebab to cool a little, then unwrap the foil. Place back on the tray and brown under the grill or with a blowtorch.

GM @bfg Fried 🍤shrimp with garlic and lime My cooking is very simple: I rinse fresh shrimp with water , then pour them into a hot pan with corn oil. I fry them for 2-3 minutes, add chopped garlic and salt. Fry for another minute. That's it. Place on a large plate and squeeze lime juice over the shrimp. Serve with fresh 🍺beer)

NOODLES. you need; 2 Fresh tomatoes sliced Onions Fresh pepper Eggs 50ml vegetable oil Step 1 Pieces the indomie in a bowl and pour boiled water into it, allowing for about five minutes for the noodles to get soft. Step 2 Set your frying pan on the heat, add sliced tomatoes, onions, fresh pepper, and fry for about five minutes as well. Drain water from the noodles after 4 minutes, and add the follow-come spices while still in the bowl, the noodles will be both soft and hot. Step 3 Break the two eggs into the same bowl containing the noodles and stir together, then transfer to the frying pan. The frying pan contains the fried tomatoes onions and peppers, cook and stir for about five minutes, and you are done.

Gm😊 Garlic Beef Ingredients: - 2 pieces of beef ribeye - 2 tablespoons of butter - 1 onion (juiced) - Juice of half a lemon - 1 teaspoon of black pepper - 1 teacup of water - 1 head of garlic - Salt (added when almost done) Preparation: Place the onion juice, black pepper, butter, and water into a pot. Before the mixture starts to boil, gently place the beef (which should be at room temperature and slightly softened with a massage) into the pot. Cook on the lowest heat with the lid on. The water will evaporate and leave the fat behind. This process takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. I never thought that beef could be this delicious and tender without searing it first. 😋 From now on, this is my go-to recipe for beef. Enjoy your meal! 🍽️

Spicy Beef Stir Fry with Rice Sauté garlic & onions in oil. Add beef cubes, season, and cook until browned. Toss in bell peppers, cook 3-5 mins. Mix soy sauce & cilantro, cook 2 mins. Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!

Looks like I’m late but here we go Kimchi, cabbage dish as it’s called How to prepare: 1. Chop Napa cabbage and soak it in saltwater for a few hours. 2. Rinse and drain the cabbage. 3. Make a paste with gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and sugar. 4. Mix the paste with julienned radish, green onions, and the cabbage. 5. Pack tightly into a jar and let it ferment at room temperature for 1-2 days, then store in the fridge.

The easiest which is fried eggs haha 1. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add 1 tsp butter or oil. 2. Crack 1 egg into the pan. 3. Flip, cook 10–15 secs for a runny yolk. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. For a softer egg, cover the pan while cooking. 6. Serve and enjoy your egg

My meal lunch last day ago. 1. Stir-Fried Scallops Ingredients: 2 cups fresh or frozen scallops 2 tbsp cooking oil 4 cloves garlic (minced) 1 small onion (chopped) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp black pepper ¼ cup water Optional: sliced chili for spice Instructions: Prepare the scallops – If using fresh scallops, rinse and drain them. Sauté aromatics – Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, then sauté until fragrant. Cook the scallops – Add scallops and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add seasonings – Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well. Simmer – Add water and let it cook for another 5 minutes or until scallops are tender. Serve – Transfer to a bowl and enjoy with steamed rice.

Read everyone’s foods and Nobody talked about the one and only BIRYANI Aight Listen up 1- Soak some basmati rice for 30 minutes. 2- Then In a pot, fry sliced onions in oil/ghee until golden. 3- Add ginger-garlic paste, then throw in your chicken (or meat). 4- Season with biryani masala, turmeric, chilli powder, salt—mix well. 5- Add chopped tomatoes and yoghurt, cook till the meat is tender. 6- Boil the rice separately till it’s almost done, then drain. 7- Layer rice over the chicken, sprinkle fresh coriander & mint. 8- Cover and let it steam on low for 10-15 mins. THE MORE SPICY IT IZ THE MORE DELICIOUS 🙂👉🏻👈🏻 Simple, spicy, and proper tasty! Btw this is from 3 days ago we made some biryani
