Create positive and negative incentives that motivate more individual trustworthy behavior. Make it easier to be trustworthy, and more painful to break one’s own standards of trustworthiness.

V helpful. Some thoughts: 1) Be explicit: "On this team, we hire for trustworthiness and we fire for lack thereof" 2) Teach the importance of trust x team performance (Brené Brown + Amy Edmondson) 3) Use 360º assessments to identify what people are doing that builds trust and vice versa 4) Provide coaching
