This was great. I liked how you talked about what doesn’t work. The questions at the end I’m going to sit on but I am curious what parameters you define for reconstructing mechanisms and whether you think founder/VC incentives have stayed the same

@colin sorry to hijack the thread. I’m seeing an issue where I get the dialog overlay multiple times after trying to close it (twice on desktop earlier, three times on mobile now) it’s hard to reproduce since it won’t appear after I refresh

good read, i'm curious to see where the idea maze takes you, particularly where consensus mechanisms and onchain governance are most useful public goods and protocol maintenance/upgrading are very different than for-profit capital allocation, so maybe that's a clue? are there revenue-generating assets that are uniquely like a protocol, which we haven't seen brought onchain? maybe in the rwa space? land, for example?
