We talk about the revolving door in Washington (albeit negatively). 

This is the revolving door in tech (which I generally see as a positive).

think most founders make bad executives and vice versa, which is why a switch after success in one bracket is often unsuccessful, or at least unenjoyed. Other than that: roger that.
