Intent isn't to suggest the transition is successful, just that it is often the progression.

We talk about the revolving door in Washington (albeit negatively). 

This is the revolving door in tech (which I generally see as a positive).

think most founders make bad executives and vice versa, which is why a switch after success in one bracket is often unsuccessful, or at least unenjoyed. Other than that: roger that.
