Mmm venison chili! Recently started adding small amounts of organ meat to our diet and 12/10 recommend. Super high in protein and honestly they're like nature's multivitamin. A, B6, B12, copper, iron and so many more vitamins that are typically harder to get through diet

That's a great Madison. Coming from Albania, eating organ meats like hearts, liver, and intestines was a normal part of our diet. One thing I noticed after moving abroad is that meat in my country was often sold in butcher shops rather than supermarkets(although that's changing now.) I think that being familiar with the whole animal, including the organs, made us less picky about what we ate too.

I love that! We are trying to get meat from the butcher or local farms more often because quality is better and we can get more organs that way. Most Americans are grossed out and won't even consider trying organs. It's so interesting how things like that work different in other parts of the world.
