Okay I know many people don’t like raw eggs but this was so good. It is yakitori and the sauce is eggs and soy sauce. The umami was banger oh wait @christin said banger is old fashion now as a word haha 😆

Christin maybe you might be curious but this was called 'サーメシ’ I ate right after onsen/sauna so it stands for 'after sauna meal'. It was amazing.
