Okay I know many people don’t like raw eggs but this was so good. It is yakitori and the sauce is eggs and soy sauce. The umami was banger oh wait @christin said banger is old fashion now as a word haha 😆

Banger if I understand correctly is a slang originating from 'bang' to describe smth exciting and amazing. @samantha can maybe explain better, she is native 😇
