Pat the salmon dry (critical step). Season with what you like. (Garlic, paprika, some dill) Preheat oven to 375-400. Heat pan med-hi Put oil down (olive/avocado) I put some garlic cloves and rosemary to season the oil a bit. Let it get hot. Put fish flesh down. Press firmly for 15-20 seconds. Cook for ~3mins. DONT touch it. Watch it depending on how thick yours is so you don’t over cook it. Flip for another 1 min skin down. Put butter in so it quickly melts. Baste your fish. (Throw / coat melted butter over the fish with a small spoon). Put in oven for ~4-5 mins. Pull it! Should be fire. Just watch how fast it’s cooking so you don’t dry it out.

Traditional to do lists weren't working for me. The speed of working at startup demands direction but not perfection. I found @pmarca guide from 2007 to be really helpful to the way I work. Tyty. Hope this helps a few of you too. It's a hidden gem.

Making the Fish. Get a sauce pan 1/4 cup of white wine 2 tablespoons of sugar Boil it to cook off wine (30 seconds) Add in 1/4 cup of white miso Whisk it and dissolve it. That’s your marinade. Let it cool. Keep a little for extra sauce. Pat fish dry. Pour sauce on fish. Put in fridge. Marinade your Chilean sea bass. Min 2hrs, best 1 day +.

Broil the fish. Let oven get hot first. Put the fish uncovered skin down. Should take 8-10 mins. Let top get brown/black. You’ll see fish start to flake. Make sure to rotate so it’s even.

Simple interaction request. When you click on the leaderboard, it shows who’s ranking (obviously rad). But then the main CTA is Follow. I’d prefer an option to tap on the profile avatar/container and see the type of content they post before following. Using @jeff-xyz as an example.

Once the attestations are made, they can be easily used cross-chain by reading logs. e.g. kraken attestations used on /base /unichain /soneium. See an attestation example here: https://docs.optimism.io/stack/interop/reading-logs
