What are everyone's favorite chains for doing defi right now? And why?

Personally still love mainnet for the entrenched players (and staking), getting more into base, but not as many quality options there. Haven't dived in on berachain but hear it's been a popular one.

Curious to hear yours.

Base and Arbitrum. 
Following very closely solana though. 
I know people who is doing very well on Solana

Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base are my go-to L2s

Otherwise, I’m on mainnet or on Polygon PoS
