This $40 stair stepper is the best piece of fitness equipment I’ve ever bought. 

It overcomes trying to balance cardio time with work time cause I can do both.

I’ve always had pretty good endurance though and being distracted with work while exercising makes everything less painful.

Yep, under my standing desk. 

So far it’s great. Hydraulics sound a little wonky sometimes, but otherwise all good. 

I don’t use anything on it except the mechanics of stepping, so no idea how the tracking device is on it. Use Apple Watch for that. 

Comes with resistance bands that attach to front, but haven’t tried them either cause use while working. 

This is the one I bought. Got it on sale, but coupon drops it to $50. Still worth it to me.
