Fired up! Finished off the week currently #2 on Farcaster and #13 globally. Not bad for a guy turning 60 in 2.5 months. Love that @receipts(❤️) takes the habit forming I get from Apple Fitness and adds competitive AND rewards elements for another level of motivation to optimize my time working out. 🙏

This $40 stair stepper is the best piece of fitness equipment I’ve ever bought. It overcomes trying to balance cardio time with work time cause I can do both. Now that @receipts is actually rewarding me to workout 🙏 it’s actually paying for itself.

If you’ve been thinking about getting an under desk treadmill, you may want to consider this stepper instead. I kept thinking about buying treadmill for my standing desk, but got discouraged by reviews & small sizes. This was on sale (still is) on Amazon for $50 & it is really good.
