gm anon, How do you monitor your yields? I'm using a @Kilroy dashboard & get Telegram alerts for APY & TVL changes. Pools on @Base, /Polygon, /Fantom, or any other chain. This is barely scratching the surface of what is possible. Now, if we can get @Beefy to open the API to entering and exiting, we'll be gold.

Some feedback for Receipts that may or may not fit your road map. 1. Keep receipts history - I don't always have time to look at them and would like to go back and see which exercises got me the most points, etc. Today, I can't see receipts from yesterday or the previous week. 2. Workout tagging - Allow me to put tags on my workouts in receipts and the report on them. Tags could be workout names, trainer names, locations, length of workout, source of workout guidance, pain levels, exhaustion levels, etc. This way, users can create reporting on what is working for them in terms of earning or just in terms of workout results or changes they might want to make. 3. Notes - Add a notes capability to each receipt. This could be where tags are added.

Kilroy provides a low-code automation, integration, and decentralized UI for DeFi and AI. We did a demo today of some of it's capabilities. We think Kilroy can be a huge boost to integrating Base with Web2, gaming, and the "real world", while also providing amazing rapid development capabilities for devs and automation for end-users. So yesterday I solved for heart rate/intensity minutes by doubling pace of Apple Fitness strength workout. Today I was determined to do the same for Pilates and I did Speed Pilates (no idea of that’s a thing) basically tripled speed of instructor and ran in place between exercise’s and for standup resistance band exercises. Took Pilates from zero intensity minutes to 14 IMs out of 20 min workout while still feeling abs, core, and rest of intensity you get from Pilates. Thank you @receipts team for helping me up my game.

Receipts directly improving my fitness levels. I typically do alternating Apple Fitness strength and Pilates workouts each day and 20-30 minutes of treadmill running every day. The other day I received only 6 intensity minutes for a strength workout. So, I compared two workouts @vm asked about heart rate levels needed for IM. So today, I just doubled the pace the instructor was doing and had a much more intense workout and got 19 out of 20 IM/minutes. Loving the habit strengthening via receipts.
