Actually makes a ton of sense, cuz of less moment of inertia on the lighter wheels. If it's easier for the motor to spin everything (including transmission, driveshaft, main gear axles, and ofc wheels) then it's easier to move 2.5 ton car. Drifters install carbon drive shafts for the same reason

Reducing any mass, including unsprung, will improve performance. But the relative gain is pretty meaningless on a car this size. It’s just a flex on a Range Rover. But one that’s very expensive to replace if you curb the wheels!

Wow cool, but again, consider reducing from the rotating mass and it happens to be a small gain for the car dynamics overall. But yeah i agree it's more of a flex in this case for sure it's not a sport car after all. Looks like the bro has no problems yoloing into all sorts of different options 😀
