I can't tell y’all how much I'm enjoying hitting the gym these days. I'm also love that I can now run for 15 minutes straight at 8 km/h. Leveling up, slow and steady 🤌🏼✨

Congrats! Slow and steady is much better than exercise binging then crashing and burning (I keep telling myself).

how's your fitness journey going? I've realised that working out is really a habit thing, once you get into it it's hard to get out of it. Iykwim

My main exercise is walking and it's going well. I'm down 11 pounds so far with a combination of walking, eating healthier, and medical help. I agree about the habit thing. I really feel it if I don't get enough movement and not just physically.
