I think a flameless electric candle is a fun idea if, for whatever reason, you can't have a flame at your altar but you want candle ambiance. What do you think?

I keep a handmade mini-journal in my desk that I fill with collage inspiration. I usually don't do any mark making and just use paper and glue so it can be like a 10-minute keep the creative juices flowing kind of thing. But I used an oil pastel stick to make dots on this one. The inspiration is me looking forward to gardening this year.

I started a Serenity Sunday prompt/card reading series for my new YT channel. This is one that Pagans might feel more comfortable with, but I plan on creating more that appeal to a wider audience. Doing these videos and the ones for /blxstonesnctuary has inspired me to create content for my main YT feed. I'll start with some frugality tips type vids and go from there as I become more comfortable speaking on camera. I don't know yet if anything monetarily will come from it, but it's been fun creatively for me, so I'm going for it. I just signed up for author, crafter, and psychologist Kathryn Vercillo's "Craft to Heal" workshop series starting in March. She's the author of "Crochet Saved My Life," which I just bought and look forward to digging in. Decades ago, shared with my grandmother how her gift of teaching me to crochet helped me battle depression (along with clinical care) and was immensely grateful to her. I can't wait to start the workshops. Hi, folks. I'm still around and sorry for the absence. I needed to reevaluate this space and redirect my energy to web2. My creativity for the last few months has been spent planning and creating content for two YouTube channels, one for /blxstonesnctuary and one for my new project called Crystal Dragon Frequencies. The latter may be too woo for some, but if you like that sort of thing, feel free to check it out. Here's the first of my Self-Care Saturday Prompt videos. Please bear with my camera and lighting skills. I've ordered an overhead light and will start using that soon. That's my digital and writing crafting. As far as physical world crafting, I'm still coloring. I also bought this cute little dragon bisque figurine that I'll be painting to use in some of my videos. Just as an FYI, I was a massage therapist and energy worker for ten years. It was my job to help people relax for a living. Although I switched careers, the chillax vibe is still going to be strong wherever I am, even on my crafting channel, hence the recent subliminal video release (and more to come). Just sayin'. šŸ˜Ž
