Have you heard of the 45/15 rule? It's work for 45 minutes and relax, play, whatever for 15. Does it help your productivity? I think it'll definitely help my wrists and eyes from working at the computer.

Yes, I feel you! Since I shifted to wfh, I gained a lot of weight and that got me worried. So now, I've developed a routine where after every 45 minutes - 1 hour of focused work I take a break to stretch, do some push-ups, or jump rope for a bit.

A desk riser is the next thing on my wish list.

It's def a concern. In transcription, we call butt spread, lol, and I've got it. I get out with the dog or stretch, and I keep weights near the desk. And deep breahing depending on if I'm tensed up from what I'm working on.
