Something that significantly improved my insomnia was changing my relationship with sleep. Instead of constantly stressing out I was sleep-deprived, I stopped dwelling on it & letting it consume my next day. This led to way less anxiety around sleep & actually improved it

same, I had a doctor say to me earlier this year: "so, say you get a horrible night sleep, what is going to happen the next day? You're not gonna get fired, you're not gonna miss your mortgage payment. You're just going to be tired. And say the night after that you also get a bad sleep. Same result. It's not a big deal"
