I’ve tried Whoop, Apple Watch and Oura I think Apple Watch is better than Whoop since it has additional functionality which can be useful (actually helps me use my phone less) but both are good enough I found the Oura impractical for daily wear but I do think it’s a good addition if only using as a sleep tracker

I’ve never been a wearable user, but I don’t personally see any need for one. My phone has enough tracking that I know I need to be less sedentary and sleep more. Track what matters and everything else is just noise

I like the Apple Watch ultra, looks sleek, multi purpose with more functionality than whoop. Integrates w Apple health which for better or worse is definitely convenient.

I’ve been using Morpheus to track heart rate zones for cardio. I’ve been targeting 20% zone 4-5 and 80% zone 2. Gives me a simple weekly Todo list for cardio activity.
