a more positive spin on simulcasting is perhaps that it's the first iteration of a new primitive ie i think pirate wires is a good example, an evolved form of that primitive might let discussion here go upstream to wherever @micsolana has the community hub, sort of like how paragraph does it

a few farcaster ideas from @dwr.eth I think could use more exploration: 1. ethmeme: A Techmeme-like homepage for blogs that embed an Ethereum address. Website that shows you an index all blogs that have an .ens address in the tag of their .index.html. You can submit the blog to the directory and once indexed it displays all RSS posts in chronological order. (If spamming starts, and you wanted to keep iterating, require each new post to have an associated ETH transaction.)

Farcaster is the WELL. I’ve lived through USENETS, LambdaMOO, Geocities, Slashdot, Second Life, DIY/Maker culture - but Farcaster is the only thing even close to the feeling I was looking for when people tell stories about the WELL.

What if Warpcast support embeded apps Similar as Facebook Embeded Apps or Telegram mini apps. On Facebook developer have to upload zip file of build code. Facebook team review the code and accept the application. After approval Developer have unique url of that embeded app. Facebook embeded apps are similar as Telegram mini apps. @v @dwr.eth

All this talk on whether or not you can build a sustainable business on Farcaster today has me feeling pretty accomplished. The /success channel has made 20K in total hypersub revenue since it's start on May 29th. This doesn't factor in any other income from tips, moxie, or mints. Add those in and it's at least another 5k+.
