This sounds like true freedom. I once heard a big city mayor say that a politician’s job is to mirror a majority of the population. That means, pick the right party, pick the right platform, and say what needs to be said to get a simple majority vote. Cool game.

Some more 🕵️‍♂️. If I update my location here on Warpcast it changes on the screen, but then the Farcaster API takes a bit to update the user data. So maybe a Warpcast question… where does the ground truth location data live?

🍿… I’m curious to hear @ted’s response on what’s most important. We’ve been watching Centrifuge for a while, but it doesn’t have the volume. We have network assets (gas, solar, battery, grid infra, even data center shells) that could support stable long term private credit/bond-like returns directly between investors and proven multi-GW builder/owner/operators. Do you know of an existing onchain industrial revenue bond/private credit platform other than Centrifuge?

Feels like forum! I guess so… Some context: My grandpa was my first business mentor. He ran our family business… a small town funeral home. My grandpa got so sick that everyone in my family was flying home for his expected passing. But I had one last meeting before going home. I should’ve canceled, but it was a Monday morning partner meeting at a VC firm that I’d been working to get for a while. We had very little cash left at a previous company and it was one of those times when we didn’t deserve a new round, but needed it. One of the investors says, “it seems like you’d rather just shut it down.” And he chuckled. I wanted to skewer him in front of the partners, but given the circumstances, my soul and my tear ducts said, “you’re right”, while I said nothing. There was some truth in his comment at that moment. And it stung. I eventually got it together and finished the meeting, but I’m sure by that point most people were on to emails. I’ll get over it someday.🤞

We’ve tried to keep the magic of Santa going as long as possible. We have yet to see any downside. Once our oldest figured out how the operation worked, we told her she gets to help create the magic. She loves it. And we bond over it.
