Disagree with this. I hardly ever talk about crypto here; there are football, politics, economy discussions and the same surely true for other subcultures (maybe my intuition diverges from the data here)

Consider d33m.com. It uses the Farcaster graph in a completely new format with exclusive focus on football. /negationgame similar. 

Theoretically you could astroturf clients for different subcultures. Warpcast doesn’t need to become like Twitter, with every subculture on one client, and the next big client for a subculture doesn’t necessarily need to be piggybacked on the existing crypto audience.

Basically: Farcaster got the crypto subculture with Warpcast. Now build Football-Cast, Cooking-Cast, etc. 

Very curious on what you think are the biggest counter reasons on this out the box idea (other than ‘it’s very hard’)?

My /p-doom is for AI safety movement. It will be cut off web2 / delegalized in the name of "progress" or "national security". Since yesterday we have NSA general in OpenAI. 

Farcaster has a social graph onchain, easy onboarding, and visioners like @vitalik.eth and @balajis.eth
