thats the whole point of the comment as I see. I spent some time on thinking through the tactics on how to achieve this feature before I found out about the network state. what I came up with is development of kinda soft defense tech, but the ambition must remain in stealth mode haha if you want it to get somewhere

unironically, the answer is many different solutions. starting from legal precedence at least shows good faith the goal should be to lead with love so that many network states rise. it is the only way forward

legal precedence is the preroragative of the forces you would defend from though. you have your own system of law and law enforcement in such case

totally agree, but as of today, the world is far from ready to handle it peacefully i really did formulate a concept of creating a new “country” before i knew about network state hehe, and inspired one oligarch to start building a prototype version of it in Indonesia: Nuanu. according to my idea it was basically an island evolving around a progressive university rotating students from all countries, primarily civil servants upgrading the tech of governance all over the world and also seeding the new ideology so that the island effectively becomes a network country with no territory. function in this mode up until we get the black swan defense technology to be able to flippen the way the bordered world today exists

i would also love some details about nuanu what you are planning about cultural center making elites for other countries and developing super tech is similar to Frank Herbert’s Dune - Sisterhood hope it do not end up the same way with the old style military Messiah. we have enough of those already 😞

I think… we’ll end up with AGI simulating our political wishes in response to an unclear political decision having to be taken. personal private clone agents of civilians, if assigned, will express such wishes responding to the question distributed by AGI to every human. if the clone is not assigned, it means a human has decided to express the political will himself spending time on this. wishes expression then is wheighted by relevance = required professional skills and experience + social identity score.

i think how to get there.... the institutions that assign scores: "professional skills and experience" + "social identity score" - the greatest fight will probably be about who controls those institutions... ?
