People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

ability to defend from government intrusion

You cannot defend a nation without an army.

it starts at the legal level of being recognised as a separate entity/state 

would have to be mutually beneficial, i suppose

that should be definitely solved for such a node to exist

offensive weapons are much stronger than defensive weapons rn
