ironically leaving farcon more bearish on farcaster. the protocol wants to compete and win at the client level. clients want to win and avoid being dependent on the protocol. all roads lead to winner take all. whatβs the point?

I get where you're coming from and I have similar feelings. I need to spend some time collecting my thoughts and I'll probably share them soon.

I also donβt really think thereβs going to be any sort of decentralized messiah of a protocol for social media or anything really & holding protocols/devs/platforms to those sorts of standards is a losing game that no one is going to win.. My plan is always to be working w what we have in real time..
