My brain tried to rationalize it in my dream as some kind of weird shaving razor burn that wouldn't go away. As the pain elevated I woke up and immediately knew what happened. I must have knocked it off in my sleep because it took me a solid 15-20 minutes until I found the little shit.

Damn. I once woke up to a hornet buzzing around my face. Somehow that mfer entered the house through a hole in mosquito net, but i killed it before it stung me. Happy that i woke up to its sound and not the sting. Anyways terrifying experience
