Shinrin-yoku (Japanese: 森林浴, 森林 (shinrin, "forest") + 浴 (yoku, "bath, bathing.[1]")), also known as forest bathing, is a practice or process of therapeutic relaxation where one spends time in a forest or natural atmosphere, focusing on sensory engagement to connect with nature.

can be! but if you can get out somewhere with nature all around you like a forest, it’s much easier to soak it all up

I’m in Florida so that would be reserved for Parks and Beaches (not really w/ the construction nearby).

Yes more in the SW/Central part of Florida. Nature trails are abundant around here. In more of the hi cities like Tampa/Miami it’s more on the State/County funded parks.

ah yes, then visiting those once in a while, if possible, would be a good place to forest bathe!
