Thanks Nicole! @antonio: TikTok can’t go into web3 because of music IP mostly We at Showtime are trying to do it, but it’s mostly images still. Video is a little harder to implement well, and NFTs are seen as either drops or badges, less so “media content”.

Ah....but someone could clone TikTok on web 3 I assume? The music IP thing is interesting and something I wouldn't have thought about.

Yes, they rely on licenses (not sure whether streaming or labels) that is illegal to web3-ify. This is why web3 music is original content and/or indie artists.
