The hardest part is the algo. TikTok gets so much info on everything you do. Hard to replicate that in a decentralized system.

FB also has lots of data. Very little of it was valuable to the targeting system.

Yea that’s new and could work really well for some things (eg farcaster should recommend who to follow based on what’s in your wallet)

But for a TikTok that’s not nearly enough. Happy to go deep on this if you want. I’ve been thinking about this for years with LBRY

Good point.  For specific use cases your onchain activity is all that matters.
