maybe people have been mass unfollowing me but my count has fluctuated a bit since the announcement

my assumption was that as the spam labels update it would be reflected in the count (new heuristics, some new spammers emerge, people work their way up from 0->2)

Spam labels get updated daily but we only see it publicly once a week. So your count could change daily in theory.
