Here’s a pro Base argument I believe: 1. Layer 2s let dapps abstract away the weirdness of crypto (gas sponsorship etc) 2. Base as a Layer 2 can help mainstream dapps succeed by providing: running start on distribution to CB users; on/off ramp ux; wallet ux; etc 3. Success of dapps on Base —> growth of CB users

The userbase argument is pretty good CB had 100m+ users in 2022, compared to 11m+ users on Polygon in the same year
