From yesterday: 

Spaghetti alla chitarra (square) with tuna and tomatoes from the garden

I'm a cheerful dubu mom who adores travel, all things pretty, cute stuff, and laughter-filled moments🐻‍❄️💗

It sounds silly but normal "round" spaghetti has a rounder taste 😂 as in, less pronounced. It overcooks a bit more easily and is more chewy. I might be wrong but the square corners cook less easily than the centre, so they remain al dente. 

But yes overall the shape of the pasta does make a difference - udon is a good example

yessir, literally make it while the pasta cooks

- onions, garlic, tomatoes in the pan on high for 5 min (oil from the tuna can)
- tuna last so it doesn't disintegrate
- lemon, parsley, chilli
