HRV and resting heart rate feels most closely aligned with how healthy I'm feeling. Otherwise time in bed and total calories burned for main input metrics that I feel like I have control over. I'm never really sure how to interpret Oura's readiness score - the more I work out, the lower it gets πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
