it’s been a hard and traumatic week for all of us in LA. the past couple of days, i’ve felt mentally and emotionally paralyzed. this level of chaos and pain feels similar to 2020. 

today i’m choosing to intentionally channel my grief into action. for me, this looks like: self-care, unplugging, and supporting my community.

we’re not going to feel any sense of normalcy for a really long time. amidst this though, there can be glimmers of hope and joy found in the ways we show up for each other. 

that’s my 2 cents for today.
