I see a lot of casts about crêpes lately. I'm French, and my region has made crêpes its specialty, so here’s my recipe and my tips, you’ll know everything. **Utensils and Cooking:** * 1 mixing bowl * 1 whisk * 1 crêpe pan or billig * 1 spatula First of all, crêpes at my place are a weekly tradition, we even have a dinner consisting solely of crêpes. We add salted butter, sugar, jam, chocolate, salted caramel, it's a moment of sharing with friends or family. **Quantity for 12 crêpes:** * 250 g of wheat flour * 50 g of salted butter * 60 cl of milk * 4 large eggs * 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar * A pinch of fleur de sel First, mix the flour, salt, and sugar, then add the eggs to form a large ball. Slowly add the milk to avoid lumps, that's what I do, but some people add the milk first and then the eggs, it's up to you. 👇

Heat the crêpe pan to a high temperature (8/10), and once the surface is hot, grease it with a cloth or pad lightly soaked in butter or a mixture of neutral oil (like sunflower or canola). Pour a ladle of batter onto the crêpe pan and swirl your pan to cover the entire surface. Don’t make it too thick, remember, it’s not a pancake. Cook the crêpe for about a minute, then flip it with a crêpe spatula and continue cooking for a moment on the other side. It should be golden like in the picture. Continue this way for the next crêpes, but don’t forget to grease your crêpe pan regularly, even before each crêpe. Enjoy 😋 @betashop.eth @ccarella.eth @globs @nutellacrepe.eth @kohm

In my country Venezuela, due to a transliteration issue, they have been called "Panquecas" I presume to come from pancakes, although crepes are also known, the other name is used by most people, they are delicious 😋

We make crepes or occasionally Norwegian pancakes, maybe every couple of weeks in the winter. Typically do a savory filing as well, do you have any favorite savory filings? My personal experience includes the first crepe of each batch not turning out great, any special tips for that first one?

Oh wow these look delicious! I'm craving crepes now, will have to try the recipe 😋 I usually only use 500 ml of milk and add a bit of sparkling water to make up the difference. It's a trick someone taught me to make them extra fluffy, have you ever tried it/ heard of it?
