I see a lot of casts about crĂȘpes lately. I'm French, and my region has made crĂȘpes its specialty, so here’s my recipe and my tips, you’ll know everything. **Utensils and Cooking:** * 1 mixing bowl * 1 whisk * 1 crĂȘpe pan or billig * 1 spatula First of all, crĂȘpes at my place are a weekly tradition, we even have a dinner consisting solely of crĂȘpes. We add salted butter, sugar, jam, chocolate, salted caramel, it's a moment of sharing with friends or family. **Quantity for 12 crĂȘpes:** * 250 g of wheat flour * 50 g of salted butter * 60 cl of milk * 4 large eggs * 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar * A pinch of fleur de sel First, mix the flour, salt, and sugar, then add the eggs to form a large ball. Slowly add the milk to avoid lumps, that's what I do, but some people add the milk first and then the eggs, it's up to you. 👇

Heat the crĂȘpe pan to a high temperature (8/10), and once the surface is hot, grease it with a cloth or pad lightly soaked in butter or a mixture of neutral oil (like sunflower or canola). Pour a ladle of batter onto the crĂȘpe pan and swirl your pan to cover the entire surface. Don’t make it too thick, remember, it’s not a pancake. Cook the crĂȘpe for about a minute, then flip it with a crĂȘpe spatula and continue cooking for a moment on the other side. It should be golden like in the picture. Continue this way for the next crĂȘpes, but don’t forget to grease your crĂȘpe pan regularly, even before each crĂȘpe. Enjoy 😋 @betashop.eth @ccarella.eth @globs @nutellacrepe.eth @kohm
