Disagree, wallet-to-wallet messaging is basically useless right now as there aren't any good interfaces to manage your messages

XMTP et al have very little adoption, though I'm really hopeful for a standard like this

In lieu of other solutions being ready, email is the most powerful tool for distribution and still king

we kinda forgot that wallets were originally supposed to be your universal online identity and, among other things, replace your email. as a builder I get their usefulness, but as a user it gives off terrible vibes.
