Gonna be a lot in one go... quitting coffee (caffeine) alone is a heroic feat imo I'd start there and then expand

this cast made me realize that caffeine is not my core priority. it is weed and drinking as i have been doing it the last months, in a way that is knowingly not balanced. coffee is cool. i want to explore reducing the intake, yes, but it is not the one i think is harming me more
