At this point you're basically begging a judge to declare all geofencing requirements unenforceable. PolyMarket has one of the better geofences I've encountered, crazy they're being targeted for this (with the caveat that we're currently operating with limited info which could change things).

You’re right this could backfire It’s hard to detect 100% of IPs and is a cat and mouse game by nature. Polymarket was pretty thorough (it does have holes tho)

Without collecting KYC (which itself isn't foolproof) I don't think there's any reliable way to enforce a geofence, way too many cheap IP routing/masking solutions.
