We also don't know the default sorting algorithm.

I don't think these are all packs Warpcast has many more.

packs are updated once a day and cached by searching all mentions of packs. likely need to update the depth of the search to include packs that were mentioned longer ago.

If you want to index all packs probably you can piggy bank on warp cast API: /v2/starter-packs/suggested?cursor=eyJwYWdlIjoxLCJsaW1pdCI6MTV9&limit=15

Cursors in their API are just JSON encoded in base64.

They have a high rate limit with a single token or two from 1-2 accounts you would probably get all packs in less than 3 minutes.
